All sales are final with the exception of exchange. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order to set up an exchange of product. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with its original packaging intact. We ask that when sending back your unused product you include the original invoice and provide us with tracking information to properly track your order. Items will not be eligible for exchange that are not in their original packaging and do not follow these guidelines. If we do not receive your items within two weeks of initiating the return, you will no longer be eligible for an exchange of product.
 
Customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs, as we do not provide return labels. It is rare, but Tono + co is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, so we highly recommend you purchase insurance for the product you are returning.
